Throughout his career, Brian has held leadership and sales roles with multiple respected brokerages — including Engel & Völkers, an internationally recognized real estate brand, and a high-performing independent firm offering a three-prong approach encompassing real estate sales, property management, and insurance. During that time, he helped oversee more than 100 managed properties, including vacation homes, short-term rentals, and long-term annuals — giving him a deep understanding of how to evaluate real estate as an investment through proformas, ROI analysis, and cap-rate performance.

He currently serves on the Board of Directors for both Florida Realtors and the REALTOR® Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM), where he is the 2026 Chair of Public Policy and serves on the Finance Committee.
