With a career that began in workforce and economic development, Brian has led initiatives alongside universities, nonprofits, and Fortune 500 companies. His passion for strategic leadership later guided him into real estate, where he has held key roles at top-performing brokerages in both Michigan and Florida for the past decade.

As a Real Estate Advisor, Brian has personally closed over $50 million in sales — much of it during an intensive two-year period dedicated exclusively to serving buyers, sellers, and investors. Known for his business acumen, market expertise, and results-driven approach, he continues to earn the trust of business-savvy, investment-minded clients.

His continued success across the Sarasota, Venice, Lakewood Ranch and the Greater Naples markets reflects a deep understanding of what drives sustainable growth in competitive environments. Today, Brian brings that expertise to his role as Broker Associate and Director of Growth & Business Development at Engel & Völkers Florida, where he leads with intention and impact.

In just one year, he strategically expanded the team by attracting 30 experienced advisors through a targeted recruitment campaign — collectively contributing $130M in closed sales volume from their previous firms. Under his leadership, EV implemented systems to support a multi-million dollar future pipeline and developed a dynamic onboarding process that aligns advisors and staff from day one.

Beyond EV, Brian is committed to shaping the future of real estate statewide. He serves on the Board of Directors for Florida Realtors and the Realtor Association of Sarasota and Manatee (RASM), where he chaired the 2025 Annual FIRE Conference, serves as Vice Chair of Public Policy, and sits on the Finance Committee. He also actively supports community-focused initiatives through NABOR’s Charitable Foundation Fundraising Committee.
